Stan Nowak, Owner/Licensed Agent

Stan Nowak has over twenty years of experience working with insurance companies, insurance agencies and general agents. He is a graduate of DePaul University, where he studied Marketing. Mr. Nowak established Integra Insurance & Financial Services in 2003. He is also the president of Chicago’s Polonia Networking Chamber, which fosters the growth and cooperation of small businesses. Mr. Nowak specializes in group life/health, property/casualty, and long term care/Medicare insurance. His newest offerings are IRA and group 401k plans.

Matt Ratajczak, Licensed Agent

Matt Ratajczak is a graduate of the Academy of Economics in Poznan, Poland. He specializes in business insurance packages (general liability, worker’s compensation, commercial property/auto insurance). Mr. Ratajczak also handles similar business products, such as bonds.

Monica Lewinska, Marketing Specialist

Monica Lewinska is a graduate of the Marie Currie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland. She manages Integra’s public relations and coordinates marketing activities.

Tobias Barnas, Accounting Specialist

Tobias Barnas is a student of DePaul University, where he studies accounting and economics. He manages Integra’s accounting and information system.

Joanna Kaplinska is graduate of the Steinmetz Academic Center in Chicago.
She is specializing in life and health insurance.

Bogdan Wegrzynek is graduate of the
International School of Managers in New Jersey.
